During his speech, he emphasized the high number of information letters that the Labor and Social Security Inspection is sending and of which 50% are successful. “There are more and more requirements and the inspection and risks do not have to be carefully analyzed or they are always challengeable. The actions to be carried out in the Community of Madrid correspond 23% to the prevention of occupational risks (16,000); 22.22% to employment and labor relations (15,372); 27.71% to Social Security (19,172); and 27.71% to irregular economy and work of foreigners (19,172). “In total there are 69,176 actions planned for 2023,” explained this expert.
